Week 4

And we’re already halfway, week 4 started today!
And what a week is was... My mom had a week off (fallbreak) so I had a little extra help this week. Lovely, my back got some rest this week and more important... I got to stay in bed as long as I wanted! But it didn’t feel like a real vacation, unfortunately.
Last Sunday we started with the appointments with the potential new puppy owners so that was exciting of course. Sunday we had 2 families come here so it was a busy weekend. Monday another family stopped by for a visit and one family that came Sunday wanted to cuddle the pups again so last night was a busy evening as well. Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning are when the last 1 visits are planned so hopefully by the end of that all the pups will have new homes. Exciting!
But that wasn’t all. No last Thursday the pups got a new interior. The pups loved all the pluche places to lie down in our home so we thought we’d give them some in their puppypen as well.
And last Thursday and Friday the pups went for a stroll outside (in our backyard of course). Thursday they went in groups of 3 and Friday they all together got to see our backyard. And to be honest they thought it was so scary. But hé can you blame them, feeling wind and cold is pretty exciting or course. But it’s gonna be a though job getting those 6 to like the outside world. But I love a challenge!

Curious Eevee Special Princess

Eevee had a busy week. This lady loves attention so she enjoyed all of the puppy visits very much. She discovered how to get out of the puppypen this week so ever since then she has been standing beside me all of a sudden out of nowhere quite some times.
Eevee has taken it down a couple of notches this week. She still has her own will don’t get me wrong but she understand more now that being all nice and cute gets you way further than the more bitchy approach. Hahaha!
Kissing and sucking on toes is sometimes she loves to do as well. And that last one is also a sort of surprise attack from her that sometimes really hurts.
She’s still very outgoing but is starting to listen more to us. Mommy has a hard job ahead of her trying to raise her and teach her some manners but we’re all getting their.
The garden was something Eevee thought was very exciting. It also was a bit scary but eventually she dared to make a few steps. Hé her name isn’t curious for no reason...

Ambitious Phione Special Princess

Phione is a feisty little girl. It’s just like last time actually, the girls are the hardest ones to raise hahaha!
Phione’s big example is her sister Eevee so what she can do Phione can do better. They loved to go out for an adventure together and sleep side to side often.
The garden was something Phione though was scary, very scray. She was really impressed by all of it so it’s gonna be a hard job getting her used to all of that.
Cuddleling is something Phione loves. And kissing, hugging... She loves attention and screams for it now or then as well already. Phione already escaped a few times out of the puppypen but she isn’t quite as good in it as her sister. But I don’t think it will take long until she gets the hang of it as well...

Lightning Raichu Special Princess

Our teddybear and little non so heroic hero, hihi! I’m talking about Raichu’s outside adventure... Here inside the house he’s a brave little guy but outside that doesn’t show. Awh he was so scarred. He went down on the ground and started to scream. I actually didn’t expect that from him but hé we’ll manage. Raichu will learn eventually.
Raichu discovered (pluche) toys this week. He’s carrying them all though the house and loves to play with them.
He can still be a nag. Why? We have no clue! Sometimes he just wants a cuddle of a kiss but sometimes we just don’t know what he wants. He just loves to nag.
But you can’t be mad at him for that. He is so small and has such puppy eyes. When you have one look into those...

Playful Phanpy Special Princess

Phanpy had a very playful week. He wasn’t as busy as his sisters but he does know how to play. He can enjoy himself great but also loves to play with the rest. An easygoing guy.
Outside was also a big adventure for Phanpy. He also though all of it was very exciting although he wasn’t as blown away as his big brother.
Phanpy still looks up to Eevee so he loves to follow her. She’s so brave and outgoing, you just see him watching and learning. He isn’t as brave as she is but he’s learning. Escaping is something he does better also as the week progressed. He only escaped once but I have the feeling number 2 is about to come up...

Prince Manaphy Special Princess

Manaphy, our little guy that wasn’t very popular until the end of this week, hihi!
Manaphy’s character is very much the same as Phanpy’s. Manaphy is just a but more cuddly. Phanpy loves to cuddle as well but Manaphy is just a bit more the lapdog of the 2. He loves to play (especially with his Piglet toy) but also enjoys sitting on your lap and falling asleep on that very much. He’s a bit more calm down in comparison to Phanpy but it’s not much different.
Manaphy reacted outside the very same way as Phanpy did, exciting but he was brave enough to at one point sit down and take a closer look to his surroundings. The little boy in hem is slowly starting to become a little wilder and he is showing more and more initiative each day...

Cute Buneary Special Princess

And then we have last but not least Buneary, cute little Buneary that makes hearts melt. Everybody loves him, (almost) everybody wants to have him!
Buneary is still the one who usually ends up at the bottom of the stack. But he is beginning to learn. He now plays along and his figured out that when the rest is tired he has a small chance of winning. So he takes very good use of that!
Buneary is still a couple of days behind in comparison to the rest. He was the last one to get teeth, he still doesn’t walk as good as the rest and he also takes a bit longer to get out of his shell then the rest does. But he’s getting there...
Outside Buneary was the surprise of the bunch! We though he would hate it but he loved it. After a minute or 2 Buneary started to learn that the outside world wasn’t really that scary at all and his tail went up and off he went. He doesn’t really run through the backyard but he is really enjoying it already...

And that’s it for this week. The ens is slowly to come closer and closer so we’re trying to enjoy the little ones as much as we can. The plan is that of course one next to the one that’s staying here for good also 1 or maybe 2 pups will stay a bit longer so we don’t have to say goodbye to all of them right away at 8 weeks.
But let’s not get ahead of ourselves. We still have 4/5 weeks to enjoy these sweet little pups and we have more then enough plans for those weeks to come. Next weekend there will be more visitors and of course we’re gonna work on the backyard thing (if the weather is ok)!
And as you all know by now you can find some videos and photos down here and more of them can be found on my Youtube page and on the pups page...
